According to a notice from the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transport, on 29 December 2020 the Honglan lock works and six bridge works, including Maojiacun Bridge, on the Qinhuai River (Shijiu Lake in Lishui–Pengfu in Jiangning) waterway regulation project passed completion inspection.

The section runs from Shijiu Lake in Lishui District to Pengfu in Jiangning, and the part in Lishui consists of the Honglan lock and the bridges along the line.
