Zhao Ancestral Hall

The listing

In the notice of the Lishui District People's Government on the third batch of district-level protected sites (Li Zheng Fa [2017] No. 197) the Zhao Ancestral Hall is recorded as Qing, at the place then named as Honglan Town, Guotangtou Village. Honglan Town became Honglan Subdistrict in 2018, so the address here uses the current form.

The district list gives only the level, period and location; it gives neither the width and depth of the hall nor the year it was built. The notices for the first and second district batches have not been traced, so no other district listing can be inferred from this document.

Halls listed in the same batch

Three ancestral halls in Honglan Town appear in the third district batch: the Zhao hall in Guotangtou Village, and the Fan and Qiu halls in Cangkou Village. All three were listed in the same batch and are recorded as Qing. This entry and the other two are independent protected sites and are not merged here.
